Position: Marketing/PR Communications Officer Location: Eliozu, Port Harcourt Our client, a leading company in the real estate industry, seeks to engage a talented and experienced Marketing/PR Communications Officer to join their dynamic team. As a key member of their marketing department, you will play a crucial role in promoting their brand, engaging with our target audience, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the products and services, with a focus on real estate offers
• Create compelling content for various channels, including social media, websites, press releases, and marketing materials.
• Manage social media presence and engage with followers to build brand awareness and foster community engagement.
• Cultivate relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage and PR opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to showcase the company's properties and attract potential customers.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Qualification/Skill:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or communications, preferably with a background in real estate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and narratives.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail, with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
• Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary range of 100,000 - 150,000
• Additional commission-based incentives for achieving sales and marketing targets.
