Job Description - Remote Account Support Associate

Job Description:


Union Bank of Nigeria is seeking a Remote Account Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Ibadan, NG. As an Associate Level position, the Remote Account Support Associate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote assistance to clients regarding account inquiries, transactions, and technical issues. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and changes in banking regulations. 6. Identify opportunities to add value to customer relationships and upsell additional products or services. 7. Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing support and guidance as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience using remote support tools. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Resilient and energetic personality with a positive attitude. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and experience in people management. 8. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer service goals.
