Job Description - Account Support Manager

Standard Chartered Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Lagos, NG. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry. The ideal candidate will possess the following personality traits: adaptable, and reliable.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing exceptional support and guidance on their banking needs - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and needs - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions - Analyze financial data and provide insights to clients on their financial performance - Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell banking products and services to clients - Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to better serve clients - Lead and mentor junior account support staff


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field - Proven experience in account management or client services within the banking or financial services industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Leadership skills and the ability to make sound decisions - Knowledge of banking products and services - Familiarity with financial data analysis and reporting - Adaptable to changing priorities and client needs - Reliable and detail-oriented
