Job Description - Account Support Officer


Job Description:


MainOne is looking for a motivated Account Support Officer to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As an Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing support to our account management team, ensuring the smooth operation of client accounts and assisting with customer inquiries and issues.


Responsibilities: - Assist account managers with client communication and account management tasks - Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide support in creating and maintaining client accounts - Collaborate with various departments to ensure client needs are met - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings - Monitor client account activity and identify potential issues or opportunities - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to account managers - Help with organizing events or promotional activities for clients - Any other tasks as assigned by the account management team


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
