Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Specialist to join our team at Guaranty Trust Bank in Abuja, NG. As an Entry Level Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their account inquiries, providing support to the account management team, and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services.

Responsibilities: - Assisting customers with account-related inquiries and providing solutions to any issues they may encounter - Collaborating with the account management team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Troubleshooting and resolving account-related problems - Providing support for online banking services and mobile applications - Conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities for customer growth and retention - Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless account operations

Requirements: - Independent and dedicated with a strong work ethic - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred but not required) - Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
