Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Call Center Assistant to join our team at Globacom in Abuja, NG. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work from home. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing accurate information and solutions. 3. Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction at all times. 4. Follow communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and professionalism. 5. Update customer records accurately and efficiently in the database. 6. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets. 7. Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and issues.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and dedicated personality to drive positive customer interactions. 2. Leadership skills to take charge and provide guidance to customers when needed. 3. Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle high-pressure environments. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
