Job Description - Remote Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Globacom is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Abuja, NG. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in call center management, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote customer service representatives and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives to achieve targets and KPIs. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and increase efficiency. 3. Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and coaching to team members. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.


Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in call center management, preferably in a remote environment. 2. Proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Innovative mindset and a proactive approach to improving processes. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 7. Experience with call center software and CRM systems.
