Job Description - Call Center Officer

Job Description:


As a Call Center Officer at KPMG Nigeria, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and customer-friendly manner. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information about our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:


- Answering and making phone calls to assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints - Providing information about products, services, and promotions - Resolving customer issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions - Following up with customers to ensure their needs have been met - Handling a high volume of calls in a timely and efficient manner


Requirements:


- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly


Personality Traits: Resourceful, energetic


Soft Skills: Time management, problem-solving
