Call Center Officer

Job Description:

NNPC Limited is seeking a Call Center Officer to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing information, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Provide information about products and services to customers. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Follow up on customer calls when necessary. 6. Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service. 7. Meet and exceed customer service targets and goals. 8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet. 5. Ability to work independently and be reliable in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Strong planning and organizational skills. 8. Ability to work well under pressure and handle stress effectively.
