Job Description:
TotalEnergies is seeking a passionate and reliable Call Center Officer to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As a Work from Home Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication. You will work closely with customers to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and accurately. 3. Process orders, returns, and refunds as needed. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. 6. Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. 7. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics. 8. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and creativity in customer service.
Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 7. Reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. 8. Demonstrated innovation and creativity in previous roles. 9. A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home. 10. High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer.
