Job Description - Call Center Representative

Job Description:


Fidelity Bank is seeking a reliable and resourceful Call Center Representative to join our team at our Ibadan location. As an Associate Level Call Center Representative, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer interactions or resolve issues - Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Provide product and service information to customers - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution - Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies - Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment - Planning and organizational skills - Ability to work well under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent
