Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

PwC Nigeria is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Ibadan, NG. This is a full-time entry-level position with 1 year of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products or services - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and sales opportunities - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the database - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals - Stay up to date on product knowledge and sales techniques - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Independent and reliable personality traits - Strong negotiation and people management skills - Previous experience in customer service or sales is an asset - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
