Call Center Representative

Job Description:

UBA Group is seeking a motivated and dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing information, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This is an entry-level position with no required experience, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Meet or exceed performance goals for call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction - Maintain a positive attitude and strive to provide exceptional service to all customers

Requirements: - Hardworking and resourceful individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to analyze information effectively - Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer programs - High school diploma or equivalent
