Call Center Representative

Job Description:

IHS Towers is seeking a motivated and adaptable Call Center Representative to join our team in Lagos, NG. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance with their inquiries - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues - Providing accurate information to customers in a timely manner - Maintaining a positive attitude and ensuring customer satisfaction - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Meeting performance targets and goals set by the team leader

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work well under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
