Remote Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

UBA Group is seeking a Remote Chat Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Lagos, NG. As a Remote Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat platforms - Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent, additional certifications are a plus
