Job Description:
Standard Chartered Bank is looking for a Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our remote chat support team to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote chat support agents, ensuring high performance and productivity levels. 2. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth. 3. Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 4. Train and onboard new team members on chat support best practices and processes. 5. Handle escalations and complex customer inquiries to ensure timely and effective resolution. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve overall support processes. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support to enhance team performance.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer support or chat support role. 2. Previous experience managing a remote team is highly preferred. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Independent and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. 5. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 7. Driven and goal-oriented mindset.
