Job Description:
KPMG Nigeria is seeking a dedicated and driven Chat Support Representative to work from home in Abuja. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and issues via chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information and solutions to customers while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate department when necessary - Documenting customer interactions and feedback for improvement purposes - Collaborating with team members to improve overall chat support processes and procedures - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding service level agreements - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Proficient written communication skills with a keen attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure - Excellent leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members - Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required - Driven and dedicated personality traits are a must
