Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Huawei is seeking a talented Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As an Associate Level Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support channels. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Huawei products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat support in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams for further investigation - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on Huawei products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Energetic and adaptable personality - Strong people management and cooperation skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using chat support tools and software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
