Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team at Ikeja Electric. As a Remote Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position will be based in Ibadan, NG, but will be a remote role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their questions and concerns - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and issues - Update client information in the company database - Provide support for new client onboarding and account management - Monitor client accounts to identify areas for improvement and proactively address any issues - Track client feedback and communicate trends to management for strategic decision-making - Meet or exceed client satisfaction goals and key performance indicators

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 2+ years of experience in client relations or customer service - Energetic and confident personality - Excellent time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients - Willingness to adapt to new technologies and tools
