Job Description - Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and driven Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team at Hilton in Lagos, NG. As a Remote Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients through various communication channels. This role requires a high level of adaptability and motivation to excel in a remote working environment.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to address their inquiries and concerns - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients and offering solutions to meet their needs - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Analyze client feedback and trends to make recommendations for improvements in our client relations strategies - Innovate new ways to engage with clients and enhance their overall experience with our company - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions - Assist with generating reports and presentations for client meetings


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail - Innovative mindset with a passion for exceeding client expectations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Adaptable and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment
