Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Ernst & Young is seeking a highly motivated and driven Client Relations Associate to join our team in Lagos, NG. The Client Relations Associate will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the overall growth of the business. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination - Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of services to existing clients - Provide regular reports and updates on client interactions and feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to make sound decisions and think innovatively - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
