Job Description:
Kuda Bank is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team in Ibadan, Nigeria. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for a resourceful and motivated individual who excels at persuasion and analysis.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all their inquiries and needs - Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding our products and services - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products to clients - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations to improve customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments within the company to address client issues and ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide clients with relevant information
Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations - Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues - Resourceful and motivated with a passion for customer service - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience in a client-facing role is a plus but not required
