Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Nestlé is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time - Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback - Analyze client data and provide insights to improve client experience - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Reliable and motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
