Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Nestlé in Port Harcourt, NG. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients - Provide support to the sales team in achieving revenue targets - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall client experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 1 year of experience in client relations or a similar role - Resilient and motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong critical thinking and research skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
