Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

First Bank of Nigeria is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Abuja, NG. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive business growth - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Resourceful and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Strong cooperation and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
