Remote Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team at British American Tobacco in Lagos, NG. This is a full-time entry-level position with zero years of experience required. The ideal candidate will be driven and resilient, with strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills and customer service orientation - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Experience in a customer service role is a plus
