Job Description - Client Service Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a Client Service Assistant to join our team at Huawei in Ibadan, NG. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client service or a related field. The Client Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, maintaining client relationships, and assisting with various administrative tasks.


Responsibilities: - Act as a point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing timely and accurate information - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on Huawei products and services - Maintain client databases and records, ensuring that information is up-to-date and accurate - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Assist in the resolution of client issues and escalations in a professional and timely manner - Provide administrative support to the client service team as needed


Requirements: - Proven experience in a client service role - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to adapt to changing environments and requirements - Reliable and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
