Job Description - Client Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Nestlé is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Assistant to join our team in Ibadan, NG. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be reliable, and have excellent problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and social media, providing exceptional customer service at all times - Assist clients with product information, order placement, and issue resolution - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client orders - Maintain client records and keep accurate track of communication history - Identify and escalate potential issues to the appropriate team members - Collaborate with teammates to achieve team goals and deliver outstanding service to clients - Continuously look for ways to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience - Other duties as assigned by the supervisor


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 2+ years of experience in client service or a similar role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Team player with a positive attitude - Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
