Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Chevron Nigeria is seeking a Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in Port Harcourt. This is a full-time position at an entry-level seniority, making it the perfect opportunity for individuals with no prior experience but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent client service and support through remote communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Conduct research on client inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses. 3. Assist clients with account management, including processing transactions and resolving any issues. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. 5. Utilize negotiation skills to address client concerns and reach mutually beneficial resolutions. 6. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance client service skills. 7. Support the company's corporate social responsibility initiatives by actively participating in community events and initiatives.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking individual with a can-do attitude and willingness to take on new challenges. 2. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze information effectively. 4. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism. 5. Comfortable working in a remote environment and utilizing multiple communication channels. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
