Client Service Associate

Job Description: MainOne, a leading telecommunications company in Ibadan, NG, is seeking a reliable and passionate Client Service Associate to join our team. This is the perfect opportunity for an entry-level candidate looking to kickstart their career in client services.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients - Assist in the planning and execution of client events and workshops - Monitor client satisfaction and feedback, and implement strategies to improve overall client experience - Provide support to the sales team in generating leads and closing deals - Assist in compiling and analyzing client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
