Job Description:
TotalEnergies is seeking a motivated and passionate Client Service Manager to join our team in Lagos, NG. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client servicing, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all client relationships within the company.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and requests - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the client experience - Proactively address potential issues and resolve any client complaints in a timely and effective manner - Monitor client accounts and track key performance indicators to ensure targets are met - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client performance and satisfaction - Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and upsell to existing clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in the energy industry - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision making - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
