Job Description:
Nestlé is currently seeking a talented and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Ibadan, Nigeria. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client service management, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for our clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Provide regular reports on client feedback and performance metrics to senior management - Lead client meetings and presentations, showcasing Nestlé's products and services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide relevant insights to clients - Resolve any client issues or conflicts effectively and efficiently
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record in client service management, with at least 8 years of experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and passionate individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional client service - Proven experience in project management and working effectively in a team environment - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to travel as needed
