Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team at Guaranty Trust Bank in Ibadan, NG. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client services, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and increase customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Monitor and analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks - Coordinate with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Lead a team of client service representatives to meet and exceed performance goals - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client service activities and performance
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in client services, preferably in the banking or financial services industry - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with diplomacy - Passionate about providing exceptional service to clients - Resilient and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment
