Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Cowrywise is seeking a Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Ibadan, Nigeria. As a Remote Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients via remote channels such as phone, email, and chat. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone looking to start their career in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner 2. Providing guidance and support to clients on our products and services 3. Assisting clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and account management 4. Processing client transactions accurately and efficiently 5. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products to clients 6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty 7. Collaborating with other departments to resolve client issues and improve the overall client experience

Requirements: - Reliable and motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively negotiate and resolve conflicts - High level of emotional intelligence and empathy - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred - No prior experience required, but any customer service experience is a plus
