Job Description - Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Seplat Petroleum Development is looking for a motivated and experienced Client Service Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from home in Lagos, NG.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Handle client inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner. 3. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general support. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and optimize processes. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.


Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different client needs and preferences. 3. Confidence in handling difficult situations and making decisions to best serve clients. 4. Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with clients' situations. 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Soft Skills: - Decision-making: Ability to make quick and effective decisions to solve client issues. - Emotional Intelligence: Understanding and managing emotions to connect with clients on a deeper level.
