Remote Client Service Representative

Job description:

Procter & Gamble Nigeria is seeking a passionate and dedicated Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Lagos, NG. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for individuals with 1 year of experience who have a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner. 2. Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and follow-up. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Assist in developing and implementing client service strategies to improve overall customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions to ensure data integrity. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively educate clients and promote additional offerings. 7. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 6. Planning and project management skills. 7. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
