Remote Client Service Specialist

We are looking for a talented Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team at Unilever Nigeria in Lagos. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level with a minimum of 3 years of experience in client services.

Responsibilities: - Managing client accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Developing strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to drive client engagement and increase revenue - Providing remote support to clients through various communication channels

Requirements: - Motivated and independent individual who can work effectively in a remote setting - Strong adaptability and emotional intelligence skills to navigate client interactions - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client service targets - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
