Client Service Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Client Service Specialist to join our team at Konga Group in Abuja, Nigeria. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns. 2. Assist clients with product information, pricing, and order processing. 3. Monitor client accounts and resolve any issues in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 5. Implement strategic planning for client outreach and relationship building. 6. Provide project management support for client initiatives and campaigns. 7. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 5. Experience in customer service or client management roles. 6. Strong project management and strategic planning skills.
