Job Description:
Interswitch Group is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team in Lagos, NG. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide support and assistance, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide ongoing support - Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and report on key insights - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in client services or a similar role - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
