Job Description:
Paystack is looking for a dedicated Client Support Assistant to join our team in Ibadan, NG. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, resilient, possess strong communication skills, and have a high level of emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to Paystack clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with other teams within the company to address client needs and concerns. 4. Assist with client onboarding and training when necessary. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the Client Support team. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product updates to better assist clients.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. 3+ years of experience in a client support role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. 9. Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus.
