Job Description:


Julius Berger Nigeria, an esteemed construction company, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Support Assistant to join our team. This full-time position allows the flexibility of working from home in Abuja, NG. The successful candidate will be at the Associate Level with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Managing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a high level of professionalism and efficiency - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner - Keeping detailed records of client interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in customer service or client support roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Creativity and innovation in finding solutions to client issues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
