Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable and dynamic Client Support Manager to join our team at MTN in Abuja, NG. As the Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. 2. Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met and issues are resolved. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates. 4. Provide training and support to clients on our products and services. 5. Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvements. 6. Prepare and present reports on client support activities and performance. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. 7 years of experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence others effectively. 6. Reliable and energetic personality. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
