Job Description - Client Support Manager - Work from home

Job description:


Andela is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our remote team in Port Harcourt, NG. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in client support roles.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and escalating issues as needed - Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance client experience - Train and mentor junior team members to ensure a high level of support for clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in client support roles, preferably in a remote work environment - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent negotiation skills to handle client requests effectively - Hardworking and reliable personality traits - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
