Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Client Support Officer to join our team at MTN in Abuja, Nigeria. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Provide technical support and guidance to clients on our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination on client projects - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients
Requirements: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think innovatively - Highly motivated and reliable individual who can work independently or as part of a team - Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
