Job Description - Remote Client Support Officer

Interswitch Group is seeking a motivated and resourceful Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in Abuja, NG. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat - Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products and services - Educate clients on new features and updates to enhance their experience - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed - Continuously innovate and improve support processes to enhance client satisfaction - Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to foster cooperation and teamwork


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field - Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a remote setting - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical clients - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address client needs - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Resourceful, hardworking, and adaptable to changing priorities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Innovation and cooperation are key soft skills required for success in this role
