Remote Client Support Specialist

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Understand and troubleshoot client technical issues and provide appropriate solutions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Document all client interactions and resolutions accurately in the system - Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the overall success of the team - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and updates to provide accurate information to clients
