Client Support Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Ikeja Electric in Ibadan, Nigeria. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main duties will include addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support via phone, email, or in-person - Resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Provide product and service information to clients - Collaborate with other team members to ensure client needs are met - Identify opportunities to improve client experience and satisfaction - Stay up to date on company products, services, and promotions

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Independent and driven individual with excellent communication skills - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism - Strong computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus
