Client Support Specialist - Work from home

As a Client Support Specialist at Paystack, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities: - Interact with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide support and assistance - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous and efficient manner - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist clients

Requirements: - Independent and reliable work ethic - Strong research and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
