Job Description:


We are looking for a Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Fidelity Bank. This role will be a work-from-home position based in Ibadan, NG. As an Entry Level position, no years of experience are required, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the banking industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Providing support to customers with their banking transactions and account inquiries. 3. Assisting customers with technical issues related to online banking platforms. 4. Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. 5. Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and procedures within the contact center. 6. Utilizing technology and systems to efficiently handle customer interactions.


Requirements: 1. Independent and dedicated work ethic. 2. Strong planning and organizational skills. 3. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
