Job Description - Customer Care Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Globacom is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Care Assistant to join our team and work from home in Ibadan, NG. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed. 4. Provide feedback to internal teams to improve customer experience. 5. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals. 6. Utilize creativity and emotional intelligence to address and resolve customer concerns effectively. 7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. 8. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 7. Passion for helping customers and solving problems. 8. Creativity in finding solutions to customer issues. 9. Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs.
